Firmino Announces Release of New Book

Roberto Firmino has announced the upcoming release of his new book, promising an intimate journey through Firmino’s remarkable eight-year career at Liverpool and offering fans a behind-the-scenes look at the highs and lows of his time at Anfield.

Fan favourite Firmino joined Liverpool in 2015 from Hoffenheim for £29 million, initially playing as an attacking midfielder under Brendan Rodgers. It was under the guidance of Jurgen Klopp however that Firmino’s true potential was fully unleashed. The Brazilian maestro transitioned into a false nine role, becoming key to the success of team mates Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah whilst also contributing his share of goals.

Despite bidding a tearful farewell to Liverpool at the end of the last season, Firmino has kept the club close to his heart, as evidenced his latest venture. The book’s title, ‘Si Senor: My Liverpool Years’, references the iconic chant that echoed through Anfield whenever Firmino was on the pitch.

In a video posted on Instagram, Firmino shared the exciting news with fans. “There is something I want you to know!” he said. “I’m happy to announce my book, ‘Si Senor: My Liverpool Years’, where I share all my experience with Liverpool FC! The book is out on November 9, and you can pre-order a signed copy now! God bless you all.”

The book is expected to offer an insider’s perspective on Firmino’s time at Liverpool, providing fans with untold stories and a deeper understanding of the player’s connection with the club. Firmino, who described being part of Liverpool as “the honour of my life so far” during his emotional farewell tour, is a player close to the hearts of the Anfield faithful, and his book promises to be a must-read for Liverpool fans.
