It is being widely reported that Spanish youngster Suso will be returning to his homeland on a season long loan to newly promoted Almeria.
The youngster made a handful of appearances last season under Brendan Rodgers, but failed to make much of an impact and saw his chances limited once Philippe Coutinho arrived and hit the ground running.
It would seem that Rodgers has decided to let the attacking midfielder go out on loan to get more playing opportunities after bringing in further reinforcements in fellow Spaniards Luis Alberto and Iago Aspas, which would further reduce Suso’s first team chances.
With Suso yet to make an impact on the Liverpool first-team, Rodgers will hope his stint back in his homeland will see him feature on a more regular basis.
New Almeria boss Francisco Rodriguez will be hoping that the Spain U20 star can help his side maintain their new status as a La Liga outfit.
