Glen Johnson joined Liverpool in June 2009.
The right-back has established himself as one of the Premier League's hottest properties in recent years and has become an important part of Fabio Capello's England squad.
Johnson began his career at West Ham but after just 15 senior appearances for the Hammers he became the first signing of the Abramovich era at Chelsea in 2003.
He won the Premier League and League Cup during his time at Stamford Bridge but failed to nail down a regular starting place, and in 2006 he moved on loan to Portsmouth - a move that was made permanent a year later.
Johnson went on to be a massive hit at Fratton Park, culminating in his selection in the PFA Team of the Year for 2008-09, alerting clubs across Europe of his talents.
Despite interest from former club Chelsea Johnson opted for a move to Merseyside, and a deal believed to be in the region of £18m was soon completed.
Since joining the Reds he has nailed down the right back slot as his own, and injury aside rarely misses a game.
