West Ham United midfielder Manuel Lanzini has indicated that he sees his future with the Premier League club.
Liverpool have been linked with a move for the Argentine playmaker as Jurgen Klopp plans to improve his squad ahead of next season.
But the twenty-four year old has spoken positively about the season he has had with the London side and suggested that
“The season was good for me on a personal level.” he said.
“At the beginning it was not great, but then I could achieve a good level.” he continued.
The return to France of Marseille winger Dmitri Payet saw the Hammers increase their reliance on Lazini and he feels he rose to the challenge.
“Dimi is a great player. He left and it was not a good news for the squad but luckily at the end I had a very good season.” he said.
“We achieved the points to stay in Premier League, which was the most important thing.
“We did not have a good start of the season, but now we need to think in the next game and the next season.” he finished.
Liverpool seem unlikely to make an offer for Lanzini this Summer.
