Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has refused to close the door on Lazar Markovic.
The Serbian winger has made an impressive start to his loan spell with Hull City after seeing his deal with Sporting Lisbon cancelled last month.
And Klopp has admitted that the former Benfica man could play his way into contention for a place in the squad next season if he continues that form.
“He still has a contract.” he said.
‘Why should I say now: ‘no chance for Lazar Markovic’.
“If he plays very well at Hull. If he plays very good against us then there’s no future for him at Liverpool!” he finished.
Markovic is not eligible to feature for Hull against Liverpool on Saturday.
