Manchester City will refuse to allow Joe Hart to join Liverpool.
That’s according to The Express, who are claiming that Pep Guardiola will make the England goalkeeper available for £15m at the end of the Summer.
But the Spaniard will not allow the twenty-nine year old to make the move to Anfield in the Summer.
Hart is spending the season on loan at Italian club Torino after being informed by Guardiola that he would not be getting games this season.
The former Barcelona and Bayern Munich boss did not feel that Hart’s style suited his tactics and wanted a keeper who could play as a sweeper-keeper.
Chile international Claudio Bravo was brought in from the Camp Nou and has so far failed to prove Guardiola right in his call over the number one spot.
Despite that, Hart remains frozen out at The Etihad and will be moved on permanently this Summer.
But not to Anfield, it would seem.
