Alright fellas, time to put the dissapointment of Monday night behind us and move on to continuing our quest for the only silverware we can win this season - The Europa League.

Lille aren't a bad side, but they are a side we should be beating, and I think we will bounce back in a big way.

Lille 0-2 Liverpool for mine

Given our seeming inability to get a ball into the box unless Insua has the energy to gt down the wing, I've got major concerns over this.

That said, we have bounced back from more miserable places. It is a european trophy and, as we all know, they pretty much belong to us!

We also have 4 days until the next game, so I want to see full throttle tonight. Try and kill off the contest in the first leg.
Too many blerts to bother with it.

what is really crazy is that weve got gerrard and torres in our team FFS!? do you think we can sneak a win against lille? if our players have any pride theyll go out and f**king thrape em!!

I think there are a lot of reasons and factors involved. However, as this is a thread looking forward to the game tonight I am not ionclined to discuss them here.

The game is 8 hours away from starting and we're already making excuses???? That's not what Liverpool is all about!! Let's go out there, let's kick some French ass, and then return our focus to the damn Premier League!!

Good stuff. Would have been a bit annoying if they hadn't considering that Five and ITV4 have rights to show Europa League matches and there's only 2 English teams left in the competition.
