Another good result for us today won 6-1, was 2-1 up at half time made a change and they started to play football they way it should be and the rest was history . A fantastic 2nd half performance from the lads , next week we play top of the league Little Eaton who have only conceded 5 goals in 11 games

Played top of league Little Eaton diamonds yesterday we lost 4-3, they went 1up through a scrappy goal but we kept on but they scored twice to lead 3-0 at half time. 2nd half performance was fantastic we managed to pull goal back with a lob then pulled it 3-2 with a well worked move then a corner going straight in to make it 3-3 then with 3minutes their ref gave a penalty for a perfectly timed tackle which all their parents and both their coaches said it wasn't one 4-3. The lads battered their goal for the last 3 mins but just couldn't get a 4th dissapointed to lose in that way, if the penalty wasn't given we would of been the only team to took a point off them.
Their manager came over and said that was the hardest game they had all season including when they lost in cup to a league one team,

We won 6-1 against Stanton Ilkeston and are now 3rd on goal difference or 6 more than Stanton after being 5-1 up at half time the lads played really well 1st half . We play bottom of the league on Easter Sunday which is our last game of the season.
