Andrea Dossena has today completed his move back to Serie A after his transfer to Napoli was finally concluded.

The 28-year-old has failed to impress on the whole during his 18 months at Anfield, and was widely touted for a move during the last transfer window, so today's news will come as no surprise to most.

The Reds have had to take a £3m loss on Dossena with the Italian international reported to have signed for a figure of £4m.
