Rafa Benitez has dismissed speculation linking him with Italian giants Juventus and insisted that whilst he is flattered by their interest he is focused on the job he has to do at Anfield.
It has been widely reported that Benitez is the Serie A outfit's top managerial target following the dismissal of Ciro Ferrara, and the press were keen to quiz him on the subject at today's Melwood press conference.
But the Liverpool manager refused to be drawn on the subject and insisted his focus is firmly on the Red's next game against Bolton tomorrow.
"I am not here to talk about speculation because people talk too much," he said.
"I am focused on preparing my team for the game against Bolton."
"I know they were interested, that is part of the game now in football, but I am not ready to talk too much because I don't want to lose my focus."
"When you are a manager and you have clubs asking you have to be proud because they are a top side in Europe but I am really happy here and want to do my job as best I can."

Never believed this for a second. Good to see Rafa come out and confirm the bollocks. |
