Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has pulled a surprise out of his hat by naming Daniel Sturridge in his starting XI to face Paris Saint Germain.
The England international has been given the nod ahead of Xherdan Shaqiri in the race to start with Roberto Firmino taking a place on the bench after suffering an eye injury in the win over Spurs on Saturday.
Skipper Jordan Henderson also comes in to the side as Guinea international Naby Keita drops to the bench in his first Champions League fixture for the club – where he will be joined by Fabinho, who knows PSG well from his time playing for Monaco.
The Liverpool team:
Alisson; Alexander-Arnold, Gomez, Van Dijk, Robertson; Henderson, Wijnaldum, Milner; Salah, Mane, Sturridge.
Bench: Mignolet, Matip, Moreno, Fabinho, Keita, Shaqiri, Firmino
Paris Saint Germain boss Thomas Tuchel, whose Borussia Dortmund side lost 4-3 at Anfield in 2016, has gone with an attacking lineup for the game.
The Paris Saint Germain team:
Areola, Meunier, Thiago Silva, Kimpembe, Bernat, Rabiot, Marquinhos, Di María, Mbappé, Cavani, Neymar.
