Former England manager Sven-Goran Eriksson has said that he is a Liverpool supporter.
The seventy year old Swede, who managed England between 2001 and 2006, has said that he was following in the footsteps of his elderly father when choosing who his team would be.
“I’ve always been a Liverpool fan.” Eriksson said.
“I can say that now, I couldn’t say that when I was in England but I was always since.
“My father as well, he is ninety, still a Liverpool fan.
“But, I still think City will win it.” he finished.
Hopefully the Swede, who is currently unemployed after leaving China League One side Shenzhen FC last year, will turn out to be wrong and Liverpool win put a smile on his face by winning the title.
