Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah has said that he has not forgiven Sergio Ramos for injuring him.
The Real Madrid defender dragged the Egypt international to the turf and caused damage to his shoulder, forcing him to be substituted during the first half of the Champions League final last month.
Salah saw his side lose 3-1 after two errors by goalkeeper Loris Karius and a wonderstrike from Gareth Bale and has said that he has not said “it was OK” to the Spain international.
“It was (the worst moment of my career).” he told Marca.
“When I fell to the ground, I had a mixture of physical pain and a lot of worry.
“Also anger and sadness for not being able to continue playing the Champions League final.
“Moments later, I also thought about the possibility of not playing in the World Cup and that was a devastating thought.
“He sent me a message, but I never told him it was OK.” he finished.
Most Liverpool supporters have said that they feel much the same about the incident and do not believe that Ramos was unaware of what he was doing when hauling Salah to the ground.
