Liverpool have made an approach for Leicester City midfielder Wilfred Ndidi.
That’s according to Guinean journalist Alpha Balde, who has taken to Twitter to reveal the news that the Premier League club are “asking a lot” for the player to make the move.
“Ndidi approached by Liverpool.” he said.
“The player would have given his consent.
“We still have to agree with Leicester who is asking a lot.” the tweet ends.

Liverpool have been linked with several midfield players as manager Jurgen Klopp looks to reshuffle his squad for the 2018/19, with RB Leipzig star Naby Keita already on his way to Anfield.
Germany international Emre Can looks increasingly likely to be on his way out of the club, so Klopp will be on the look out for at least one more signing in that position.
It remains to be seen whether Ndidi is genuinely a target, but it would please many fans if the claim is accurate.
