Liverpool are one of a number of clubs keeping a close eye on Bryan Cristante.
That’s according to a report by Tuttosport, who are claiming that the midfielder is being chased by a host of Italian and English clubs ahead of the Summer.
Liverpool are joined by Arsenal, Juventus, Inter Milan, Watford and West Ham United in tracking the twenty-three year old, according to the article.
Cristante is currently on loan at Serie A club Atalanta from Portuguese giants Benfica and the Italian club reportedly have an option to make the move permanent for a fee of around £3m.
He has been in fine form for his loan side, with ten goals scored so far this season – which has helped him to win his first international cap for Italy during the campaign.
Cristante will have come to the attention of some English football fans when he netted the third goal in Atalanta’s 3-0 victory over Everton in the Europa League earlier this season.
That alone is likely to warm him to Liverpool supporters.
