Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is keen to sign Bayer Leverkusen winger Leon Bailey.
That’s according to a report by The Mirror, in which they claim that the German has been impressed with the form Bailey has shown so far this season.
The Anfield boss is on the look out for a new attacking player this Summer as he looks to cover the loss of Brazil international Philippe Coutinho to Barcelona.
Klopp was keen to bring AS Monaco winger Thomas Lemar to Anfield in the Summer and again last month, but has since cooled his interest in the French international.
His scouting team have again highlighted Jamaica international Bailey after he first came on to the radar while playing for Belgian outfit Genk.
The twenty year old left the Jupiler League club to head for Bundesliga side Leverkusen a little over a year ago and has been in impressive form for them.
Bailey has managed ten goals in twenty-two league games for his side so far in this campaign and that has alerted other clubs to the potential he has.
But the German club could demand over £100m for his services, according to the article.
