Ronaldo wants Klopp at Real Madrid

Real Madrid superstar Cristiano Ronaldo has called for Real Madrid to snatch Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp.

That’s the claim being made by Don Balon, who are reporting that the Portugal international is tired of current Real boss Zinedine Zidane and wants the German to take over the job.

The former Manchester United man is said to want a more attacking coach in charge of Los Blancos and is reportedly impressed with how expressive Klopp allows his team to be.

World Cup winner Zidane is coming under increasing pressure over his position after seeing his side fall a long way behind rivals Barcelona in the La Liga title race so far this season.

And the France legend has spoken about the precarious nature of his role.

“I just go game to game, year to year.” he said.

“I cannot think two or three years down the line, as I know how it is here, even having a contract, which means nothing.

“It is not easy for the players who play less. We played a good game. We maybe lacked a bit of gas at the end.” he finished.

Liverpool supporters will be hoping that Klopp resists any attempt to lure him to Spain.
