Reds dealt blow in Alisson move

Liverpool have been handed a setback as the club seeks to sign AS Roma goalkeeper Alisson.

The Brazil international is a reported target of manager Jurgen Klopp as he seems to improve his options between the posts.

And some reports have even claimed that the German boss will launch a move to sign the goalkeeper from the Italian side this month.

But the agent of the twenty-five year old has revealed that he hasn’t had any contact from other clubs and that his client is happy in Rome.

“Up to now I have not been contacted by anyone.” Ze Maria said when asked about an approach from Liverpool.

“He still has three and a half years left on his deal.

“We are not in a hurry and Alisson is happy in Rome.” he finished.

  1. Anyone asked Alisson how he feels and what he would like to do at this juncture? Kloppie needs to hit the ground running somewhere and do something cos’ we continue to have this problem between the sticks. Between Defenders and Goalie we have problems.
