Salah wants Liverpool transfer

Salah wants to make the move to Anfield

AS Roma winger Mohamed Salah has told his club that he wants to join Liverpool this Summer.

That’s according to Sky Sports reporter Kaveh Solhekol, who has taken to Twitter to reveal that the former Chelsea man wants to leave Serie A for a return to the Premier League at Anfield.

“Sky in Italy: Mohamed Salah has told Roma he wants to move to Liverpool.” he posted.

Roma’s director of football, Monchi, has insisted that they do not need to move players on and will set the price for Salah should they decide to let him go.

“We don’t intend to sell players and we want to give the boss a competitive squad.” he said.

“As to the two names mentioned, it’s true that some people like them.

“An English club likes Salah, and we’ll decide what price to set depending on the circumstances.

“There are no offers for Rudiger and there’s no chance that he’ll go.

“As I’ve said before, Roma is not a supermarket.

“We’re starting from the second place we just achieved, and we’ll fight for our goals.

“If someone leaves, he’ll have to be replaced well.

“There are no open talks apart from Salah.” he finished.
