Liverpool are among the clubs keeping a close eye on Lyon striker Alexandre Lacazette.
That’s according to a report by The Telegraph, who are claiming that the Reds could be set to make a Summer move for the Frenchman.
The competition would be fierce should manager Jurgen Klopp decide to try and bring the twenty-five year old to Anfield, however.
Spanish club Atletico Madrid are said to be keen to sign Lacazette as a replacement for Antoine Griezmann should they sell their star man at the end of the current campaign.
While north London duo Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur are also both monitoring the France international’s situation at the Ligue 1 club with a view to making offers in the Summer.
Klopp looks set to move England international Daniel Sturridge on once the season ends and is then likely to bring in a replacement frontman who suits the system better.
But Lyon have reportedly slapped a £60m pricetag on Lacazette, which makes a bid from Anfield seem less likely.
