Crystal Palace striker Christian Benteke has played down talk of revenge when he lines up against Liverpool.
The Belgian international left Anfield to move to Selhurst Park in the Summer after just one season at the club.
But he dismissed talk that claims he is looking to prove a point against his former side, and manager Jurgen Klopp, and is treating it like any other fixture.
“I am looking forward to every game, not just against Liverpool.” he said.
“Of course, I am going to be happy because I will play against my old team-mates.
“But I am focused on every game.” he finished.
Liverpool travel to London to face Alan Pardew’s side on Saturday evening for the 17:30 kick off.
