Liverpool have sold attacking midfielder Luis Alberto to Lazio.
The former Sevilla man will move to the Italian club in a deal worth an initial £4.3m that could rise to £6m depending on European qualification.
A clause has also been inserted into the deal that will give Liverpool a 30% share of any future transfer fee should Alberto be sold by the Rome club.
Alberto spent last season on loan at Spanish side Deportivo La Coruna after a spell the previous season with their domestic rivals Malaga.
He moved to Anfield from Sevilla in a deal worth £6.8m in the Summer of 2013 but failed to make an impact during his first season.
Jurgen Klopp told the midfielder that he should leave the club this Summer if he wants to play regular first team football this season.
And he has heeded that advice by completing the switch to Lazio.
