Liverpool have reportedly sent representatives over to Holland to scout defender Jetro Willems.
The Dutch international was watched in his nation’s loss against France this past weekend according to Football Insider.
The twenty-one year old left-back has impressed at PSV Eindhoven and is said to be seen as a replacement for Alberto Moreno.
The Spaniard has struggled to convince as a defender since arriving from Sevilla in 2014.
Willems, who would reportedly cost £11m, has only a year left on his deal with the Eredivisie club.
Manchester City have also been touted as potential suitors, so Jürgen Klopp would face stiff competition for Willems.
