Klopp says he is not worried about lack of signings

Liverpool boss Jürgen Klopp has said that he’s got no problem with seeing out the season with the current squad.

The club have so far been unsuccessful in a move for Shakhtar Donetsk attacker Alex Teixeira with the Ukrainian club pricing the Brazilian out of a move to Anfield.

Klopp says that the club are still looking at potential targets, but he won’t be too concerned if he is unable to bring any fresh faces in this month, with the deadline for deals on Monday.

“A plan? We are always busy, we are always at work and checking the possibilities.” he said.

“That’s what we’ve done since I’ve been here and now the window is close to closing,

“If something happens you will see but there is nothing to say in this moment. If we were close to something then everything I would say now would disturb this so you have to wait.

“I am fine with the squad I have – no problem with this.

“The squad wasn’t a problem, not for one second, it’s all about injuiries and the number of games. We have thought about a few things, but only if it makes real sense for us.” he finished.
