Manchester City linked with move for Sinclair

Sinclair has failed to agree a new deal

Manchester City are being linked with a move for Liverpool striker Jerome Sinclair.

The teenage forward has refused to sign a new deal with the club and reports claim that he has asked for more money than the board are prepared to sanction.

And now City are said to be looking at making a move for Sinclair to bolster their homegrown quota, according to The Mirror.

Sinclair is out of contract at the end of the season and the negotiations have been ongoing for some time now.

The former West Brom trainee has signed up with agent Aidy Ward, who many will know is Raheem Sterling’s agent, which will not endear him to many at Anfield.

Liverpool would be unlikely to receive much compensation for Sinclair, should he leave at the end of the season following the expiry of his contract.

He has been an unused substitute under Jürgen Klopp this season, but is yet to feature for the German.

    1. Let him go. If he was really a talented player Klopp would’ve given him a chance and if Andy Ward is involved we should wish Sinclair good luck in his future.
