Liverpool attacker Lazar Markovic is set for a move to Turkish side Fenerbahce.
The Serbian international is close to sealing a season long loan deal with the Superlig club.
Twenty-one year old Markovic moved to Anfield from Portuguese side SL Benfica a little over a year ago in a deal worth around £20m.
He had a generally poor debut season at Liverpool, however, and has fallen well down Brendan Rodgers’ pecking order in the squad.
Markovic made eleven starts in the Premier League last season and managed a couple of goals, in wins over Sunderland and Spurs.
Rodgers is said to still have high hopes for Markovic and is keen to get him more first-team experience.
Philippe Coutinho, Roberto Firmino, Jordon Ibe and Adam Lallana are all ahead of Markovic in Rodgers’ attacking options.
