Liverpool forward Rickie Lambert is again being linked with a move to West Bromwich Albion.
Thirty-three year old Lambert is expected to move on after a disappointing debut season at Anfield following his move from Southampton a year ago.
Lambert rejected the chance to leave Liverpool in January when Aston Villa made a deadline day move for him.
But with Danny Ings and Divock Origi arriving at Anfield this Summer, as well as Roberto Firmino, Lambert’s chances of first-team football look slimmer.
The England international striker has also been again linked with a switch to Villa, Crystal Palace and Premiership new boys Bournemouth.
He has lost his England place thanks to his lack of form and will have to work wonders to regain it given the amount of competition around.
A move to the Hawthorns could be just what he needs to get back on track.
