The agent of Liverpool striker Fabio Borini has said that clubs have asked to take the Italian on loan this month, but that the Reds will not accept a temporary switch for him.
Marco de Marchi, Borini’s agent, told Calcionews24 that his client has been the subject of some offers.
“There are several teams that have made a request about Fabio, but Liverpool doesn’t want to grant a loan which makes it more difficult for him to leave.” de Marchi said.
Borini has found some opportunities of late to get more playing time at the club and capped it with the opening goal in the 2-0 win over Aston Villa a fortnight ago. And his di Marchi says his client is happy at Anfield despite reported interested from his home country.
“He is feeling well in Premier League.
“If Inter and other clubs have made such a request? It’s not nice to reveal the names of the clubs.
“I can say that there have been contacts with many teams but for now he won’t move anywhere.” he concluded.
Borini has been linked with the likes of AC Milan, Torino and Inter.
